Default Squid fishing

Hello.

I am FFing at sea, mainly sea bass and franckly whatever could like my
clousers.

These days we have some squids at casting range and they seems to like
my hybridation of crazy charlies and sparklers, but this is very hard to
hook them correctly with a single hook.

I have tried to google a bit, but I am unable to find patterns for squid
fishing. (I only find squid patterns but only as the lure )
Maybe this is due to my vocabulary in my search string.

Do you have any links for me?

Thanks.

All of the squid fishing I've ever seen has been jig fishing for which
fly rods are not well suited. Mayhaps you can create some? I do have
some flies designed to look like squids that I use for game fish. A
heavily weighted Clouser Minnow might work well. You could tie it
with a treble hook stinger attached.

Personally, I think fishing is the most underrated bait you there. Not everyone likes, but I do not hate it. It can capture anything by itself or as a cocktail. I prefer to use it with black ears, or of its own as a big bait to attract cod.
