Default Help: Rent a boat in Florida?

Hey you Flordia folks, I'll be down all next week and would like to do a
little fishing. Normally I'd be calling on Moe, but we know he's not
around.

I'd like to rent a boat on a smallish lake in the Orlando area or reasonable
distance (we'll be in Clermont). Doesn't have to be a bass boat, an alumium
V-hull would do.

Anybody have an ideas where I can do this?

Help quick...

One place you might want to look into is Turkey Lake Park. It's a county
park in Orlando (across I-4 from Universal Studios). Bass Pro Shops rents
their aluminum boats out on this lake. I'm not sure how good the fishing is.
From what I recall reading, it's not too bad. You can only use the boat on
that one lake.

Google search for Turkey Lake Park and Orlando or
http://www.digitalcity.com/orlando/e...adp?vid=180836
("If you prefer to fish from a boat, you can rent one for $5.00 Thursday
through Sunday, 7 a.m. to 11 a.m. only. Call (407) 299-1248 to make a
reservation")

Hey... $5 for four hours on a Bass pro Shop boat. Not to bad.

You know the Southern Classic is on Okeechobee next Friday and Saturday.
Come on down! It's only a couple of hours away...
