So...is there any good fly tying software?

It wasn't a cheap shot. To be a cheap shot, it would have to be
undeserved.
Yah know, I've met a huge number of Democrats in the military. Pretty
much equal to the proportion of Dems/Repubs in the US population. Then
again, those Democrats in the military are only there 'cause they were
using it to avoid paying taxes and live off the government.
On topic, I've yet to find any fly tying software that I really like.

Hi All,
Here are a couple:
SuperFly
Fly-2000
Not really any experience with either, but I think have played with both for
a bit. Glanced through my computer, and apparently I don't have either of
them loaded on this machine. I have a demo CD of a program called FlyLab
that I picked up at a Fly Tackle Dealer Show in the mid-90's, but I think
they may have morphed into some other title, or gave up the project. Don't
have that loaded on my machine either.
So, I can't really help, except for the fact that I was curious enough to
look at the above two.

What kind of software are you looking for, feathers or fur?

And yet so many Republicans do exactly that. It's easy to
see why billionaires would sell out to the sleaze, it's a
matter of financial self-interest, but what amazes the hell
out of me is how middle class Americans can be so ****ing
stupid.

You're a moron, Gene. And you're so goddamn stupid you
don't even know you're stupid. Amazing.

Thanks for so deftly illustrating my point.

The only fly software that I have seen are for patterns. I guess I was
wondering if these are useful when it seems you can get most of this
stuff off the Internet anyway.

I don't usually get into it with ****wits in the tying group,
reserving that for the rough and tumble of roff, but when some
****-for-brains asshole like yourself starts besmirching the
decency, honesty, integrity and values of fellow Americans
just because you happen to be too ignorant to tolerate dissent
that pushes my buttons.

You're a moron, Gene, a dangerous moron, and I am embarrassed
to admit that you're an American moron.

What is this software supposed to do for you? Patterns & Recipes?
Tutorials? Video? Requirements! You can download a lot of this stuff for
free or buy it cheaply.

Someone could make a killer "Introduction to Fly Tying" DVD. Maybe
someone already has. Maybe you can score a pirated copy.

You also have to look into fly hardware.

Okay, what are you looking for? How to tie? Patterns? Material
inventories? Gotta be a bit more specific.
