What makes these "custom"? Doesn't custom usually mean that you take into
consideration the customer? You only seem to offer rods that you've already
built and designed.

link was dead...'fatal error' when I clicked it, but I agree...it really
shouldn't be called custom unless designed for a specific individuals
wants and needs

I don't think we need be so critical, what happened to telling newbies that
spam isn't allowed here? I think the site is well-presented & the fishing
rod pointer is excellent. His rods look nice too.

We're all friendly guys, let's be friendly, guys ;-)

That being said, and this is meant in pure jest Mike, can you imagine being
a sponsored Boner Pro Staff guy? You could pull up in the Boner truck, dump
the Boner boat in the lake, and come to the weigh-in stand with a big Boner
on your chest. Best of all you'd have to promote Boners all day!

Man, I gotta go to bed.

Would be custom to have a 8-12' boner.

Ok, who wants to fish with "Boner" as the brand?

I thought so.

They look nice, but what a stupid marketing ploy.
IMHO :-)

Charles,

We are a relatively new company that builds both custom and standard built
rods. All our rods are built one at a time by hand. Our website only shows
our standard built rods for now.

I went to your website looks great.

As stupid a marketing ploy as it seems, it's working.

We've sold custom rods in 30 states since July 2003.

Remember

Everyone Wants a BONER.
