I have no problem w this either
I own... (I am counting now- a 3 / 4 wt Sage a 5 wt Sage - my fav and 3
6 wts Orvis , T and T, Sage 2 pc
We have a breeding rainbow trout lake on our land so I use the 6 wts for
guests
I have
An 8 wt T Fork and 2 9 wts (Orvis and T and T) and a Sage 10 wt w an Bauer
reel which I go t for nothing (long story)
I can cast on the downstroke of the fiddle and retrieve on the upstroke
If there are any long apreggios or staccato effects
- My casting will suffer
But I need 9-10 ords 3 fiddles 2 mands and 2 guitars My wife still will not
lett me buy a Gibson F=5 Mandolin
SHe can be cruel

I own a 1934 Gibson L guitar
It is the first yr Gibson went form the F holes to the round hole
if you look at a photo of Robert Johnson- It's the same guitar
The action is high but true and its really good for slide

I did not buy this because of RJ
I bought it for well inder $1,000 only because I could

I may be dome w buying any more fly rods
