Default Wisconsin Winter Fishing

I'm not from around here. Is there anything to be caught in the
Wisconsin streams and rivers in the wintertime?

Yes, there usually is.
I usually catch fish in them, but you might run into a shoe or a tire if you
fish deep enough.
