George Gherke ******* Bamboo
Hello all,
I am currently going through divorce, and am forced to sell most anything I value to get myself out of a deep hole....I have one of George's ******* Bamboo Black Ravens with my name on it unfourtanatly. The cap on the end of the wood inseart for the real seat has come unglued also...i'm sure this is an easy fix....either way it's a nice little rod from a historical roff member...I've been holding on to it for 8 years now, and have never fished it for that matter....i am hopeing to get $400 or OBO for it....thanks guys, let me know if your interested. |

"The cap on the end of the wood inseart for the real seat has come unglued also...i'm sure this is an easy fix." And you have yet to fish it! And I'm sure that is not the only thing wrong with the rod/or will be wrong. Do you know what the original name was for your rod, the Black Raven? Gehrke wanted to call it the "Black *******." He didn't see anything wrong with that name. We on roff disagreed with him. Mercifully, he saw it our way. Dave |
