Default The Best Fishing Trip of Your Life!

Attention Owner or Property Manager:

My name is Panky Christen. By profession, I'm a real estate broker
(Louisiana and Mississippi), by choice I'm an avid fisherman and
hunter. I live in south Louisiana and own a very nice fishing camp on
Grand Isle (One of the top fishing spots in north America). Great
shoreline fishing: speckle trout, red fish, and mangrove snappers.
Daily limits are usually achieved by noon.
Bottom Line: I would like to trade a guided fishing trip for a deer or
bird hunt.
I can match any offer you have, room, board, etc. Fish mine first. A
gentlemen's handshake is all I need. I also have a couple of
condominiums on the Mississippi gulf coast if that is of more interest
to you.
Lets trade!

Call me naive, but that sounded pretty legit to me. He said "trade." If I
had a hunting camp, I'd probably give him try.
