That's pretty funny. My goal was to act exactly like you act. I'm not
an asshole by nature, so it took a lot of effort to act like you.

AHA! I KNEW IT! You're a Mormon!

I'm glad someone else got that. There's always the faint hope that
Wolfie would understand and stop acting like that, but it's a really
dim hope.

It was a masterful performance, although I confess that I didn't read
90% of it, just like I don't read 90% of Wolfgang's crap. Make that 99%.
You should take that as a compliment.

I'm curious about something. Have you been studying Wolfgang on ROFF as
a lurker for awhile, or did you pick him up as you went along? Or, maybe
you're a regular posting under a pseudonym. In any case, well done.

too funny!!!

or maybe

"hee, hee, hee"?

Carnival mirror......I like that. Things aren't always what they seem, huh?
:)

Wolfgang

In this case, it SEEMS to me that things are as they seem!

You'll never know. You've been told.....and you'll never know. :)

You need practice.

I'm not an asshole by nature,

No, just a small part of one.

so it took a lot of effort to act like you.

More effort. More study. More literacy.

You related to that Smith fella?

My local wine barn has probably the best selection of bargain bottles
anywhere, and you can pick up a bottle of drinkable pinot noir for about ten
bucks. To an untrained and unappreciative palate, this stuff actually
tastes similar to, and is an acceptable substitute for, the subtleties of a
well-crafted Sonoma Valley pinot.

I bet it's just sad to most everyone else here.

There can be no doubt of that.

O.k., you win. As God (and everybody here) is my witness, I've got a

WOW! Now you know how everyone else feels dealing with you on a daily
basis.

It couldn't have happened to a nicer guy....well actually it could
have, but then it wouldn't have been nearly as fun to watch.

"The boy just can't help himself"...I loved that line.

The millennium has finally arrived. I can't recall Wolfgang ever before
caving in one of his signature ****ing matches.

Congratulations, Joe Smith.

This is almost like being at the very beginning, maybe like at that instant
the first cargo cult was conceived, or maybe the instant a new use was found
for Abolene. Was the official clock running? Has Boone and Crocket called
yet?

Maybe they should bring back "You are there!," a great show of early TV.

I threw in enough references that you should be able to guess between
the two. Either way, I've been around a long time.

Oh, I see what you're saying - give a man a hammer to eat, and he'll
break his teeth, but show him how to use it, and he can build himself
some dentures...why, heck, he could even hammer all over this
land...while singing Pete Seeger songs...well, unless you're saying that
you want to dance around in some weird-ass Ali Baba parachute pants or
something...if so, don't worry, I won't touch that...
