Man, If you guys can hang around a couple of weeks, I'll join you.

If you'll be in the southern part of the state, I'll bet it would be pretty
easy to talk one of us into showing you a swell little creek. Not a lot of
water right now, but the trout are healthy and fat...just not long. They're
wild and native, though, so that's good for at least a couple of inches!

I'm not generally a pessimist, but I've pretty much written this swap off.
It's been over two weeks since there has been any word from the host, and I
can't get in touch with him by email or on ROFF. I was looking forward to
seeing (and fishing) the other flies, but tomorrow is Thanksgiving (2 meals
for this boy!) and after that its off to the Sierras to chase browns and
meet another Roffian couple. Midges? What midges? I don't need no
stinkin' midges! The happiest of Thanksgivings to all of you!

yeah, i know the scurrilous bastid..... wouldn't surprise me a bit if he
ain't on one of them PA limestoners right this minute casting a midge to
big selective brown trout..... chucklin' to hisself as he sets his
yuengling black & tan down on a rock... he sets, fights, and reels a
