Actually the weather was good most of the time. We never got ice in the guides, even first thing in the morning. I did, and so did Bruce and Chas, to the best of my knowledge. I agree, though, that the weather was good. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

I agree, though, that the weather was good. Maybe I did too but didn't notice it. It never got heavy enough to affect casting like it did the last couple times there. I hate it when the line gets stuck in the midst of a cast. My only gripe was the color of the water. Tough to spot fish and ugly on top of it. The ice on my guides didn't so much affect the casting as it did the mending -- especially the flip mend. -- Cut "to the chase" for my email address. |

http://home.earthlink.net/~royalwulff/sjcweb/start.html Nice job on the web site Steve. I'll send you my pictures soon. On the technical side, I think the second one of Bruce's pictures is of me, not you, have a closer look at the bulding pockets on the coat with no vest over it, I think you were wearing the vest over the top on the Animas. What do you think? Chas remove fly fish to reply http://home.comcast.net/~chas.wade/w...ome.html-.html |
