Well, my M certainly V's. Can I call 'em or what? Some of you guys are traveling great distances to fish some of the finest trout waters in the eastern half of North America and you're gonna go chuck ****in' wooly buggers to small mouth friggin' bass ?!? Why limit yourself to "some of the finest trout waters..." when only a few miles downsteam are some of the finest smallmouth bass waters... But then again, aren't you the guy that prefers one and only one brand of beer? Me, I'm with Morgan Freeman's character in "Robin Hood" when he says Allah loves wondrous variety. I happen to enjoy more than one type of fishing and nearly all types of beer. Oh, and that's "wet flies" not "****in' wooly buggers". G And yes, we are all most definitely crazy, some more than others... Plus, I found a great parking place today with reasonably easy access for getting the boats out of the creek. |

Ever wonder what it would be like to decide for yourself what you like and what you don't? Don't bother.......you wouldn't like it. You don't get it. I LOVE baseball. So, who told you.....Dougie? And so what? What's to get? Do you really believe that anyone cares how you feel about baseball.....or Paris.....or bruschetta? Ever wonder what it would be like to decide for yourself what you like and what you don't? Ask around. Lots of people decide these things for themselves. In short, you are superfluous......you STILL don't have a reason to live......well, other than worshipping Dougie, that is. Frankly, I don't think that's enough. But, I guess you take what you can get, huh? Better go back to being incomprehensible, inscrutable just ain't gonna work for you. Uh huh. Wolfgang |

Joe and I need a ride (well...joe seemed a bit uncertain, so i'll let him speak for himself... but i'll need a ride all around. wolf...are you drivin? jeff (who has no interest in Paris...but loves hot dogs with ketchup... obviously, i pass the penns' bronzeback school of dunces entrance exam) |

But i did order a German spring sausage someplace--the ingrediants were chopper rather than ground- ah a piece of lung--some more heart--a little piece of goider. hmmm...didn't realize there was a secondary market for the remains of wolfie's lab projects... but Paris seems a fitting place to send the stuff. jeff |

But then again, aren't you the guy that prefers one and only one brand of beer? ... Yep, that's me. I have been known to drink something other than Budweiser but that's what I prefer. Snippage But I would expect that even you after spending a week eating at he same four star restaurant, might opt to seek a change of pace with another cuisine. Well, a trout stream changes menus a lot more often than a four star restaurant. I can fish the same stretch of trout stream daily for months and not feel the need for a "change of pace." That's the way I fish. I much prefer to know one piece of water very well than to know several stretches of water just so-so. One week on a particular stretch of trout stream wouldn't even be a good start, especially if I planned to make an annual trip to the same waters during the same week. Like Tom said, YMMV. -- Ken Fortenberry |
