Refresh my memory. What exactly have you contributed here since your

you came through the door?

Posts that people want to respond to.

Well, it was bound to happen sooner or later. I mean, I can't speak for
anyone else, but I've always known that if I hung out here long enough I
WOULD......eventually.....see a post that someone wanted to repond to.
Frankly, I wasn't at all sure that it would be one of yours.......but you
WERE somewhere on the list of contenders.

An opportunity for those who wish to ignore me.

One could argue (not entirely without success, I think) that those who wish
to ignore you might eventually have found (or manufactured.....in a pinch)
and availed themselves of an opportunity to ignore you even if you had never
returned. Sorta tempers the value of that contribution, ainna?

And for the record - my first offering, while some may judge it to be a
bag
of **** - was in no way intended to be a flame. If that's the way it came
off, I apologize.

Perhaps it would help if you included some clues.....other than the
manifestly misleading words in your messages.....about your intentions.

I disagree, and here's why: the practice of the thing forces you in
large part to conform to, and at least for many, become jaded by, the
system as it is, rather than as it should be....

An opinion which, coming as it does from someone who shows no sign of having
benefited from the one and who has admittedly never tried the other, must be
judged worth every cent of what the clients paid for it.

Wolfgang
who thinks it must be a mighty fine thing to live in the world as it should
be.

You'll read ever word until, admit it.

I read every word. Often enough, as the above included hash demonstrates,
there is little practical gain to be derived from the exercise......but
then, I've never claimed to be driven by expectation of reward.

They'll eventually figure out the miscommunication,

They'll never figure whether or not they've got something to say, let alone
what it might be.

but I've got a shiny nickel that you never will.

The U.S. mint appears to be very busy these days.

Yeah, yeah, yeah...whatever - I want my Goddamned nickel!

Which quite logically, you're owed. .... Unless Dubyah was speaking

Compared to your contributions I'd say he's contributed infinitely more.

Leaving one to suppose that infinity is pretty diminutive in your
neighborhood.

Considering the mental midget I'm conversing with, it's not too hard to
get into the infinity realm.

Reading can be quite rewarding once you get the hang of it. Keep
working at it, one of these days you might manage to understand
someone's post. Who knows, maybe someday a preschooler might happen
by.

Very nice. The I'm not, you are defense. Repeat it often enough and
maybe even you will believe it.

Maybe to a simple mind. I bet it's just sad to most everyone
else here.

Apparently not.

There can be no doubt of that.

O.k., you win. As God (and everybody here) is my witness, I've got a pretty
substantial tolerance for senseless cruelty, but this is getting to be too
much even for me. :)

I quit.
