words" (down a little bit)- type "Cmsg cancel"-OK

Whoops.. left out a step. After the OK when typing Cmsg cancel, you hit
OK, the you're back at the main "rule" window" you have to click the box
for which action you want OE to take. Click the check box for "Delete it."

Now you won't see them anymore.
