Can't say for certain, but most likely an ISP has started deleting messages
and for some reason, your ISP picks the notices up as "normal" messages.

In OE, just block the sender: Message- Block Sender

Or create a rule: Messsage-Create Rule From Message-Where the subject line
contains specific words- Click on the blue undelined "Specific words" (down
a little bit)- type "Cmsg cancel"-OK

You won't see them again.

Whoops.. left out a step. After the OK when typing Cmsg cancel, you hit OK,
the you're back at the main "rule" window" you have to click the box for
which action you want OE to take. Click the check box for "Delete it."

Now you won't see them anymore.
