the lawn won't help a bit, but they serve as a great example of why Medicaid
money is being pumped back to the states. In most counties, the public
health system is the largest employer by far. In this economy, hospitals are
being squeezed, badly, due to lost insurance compensation from layed-off
workers, and the resulting increase in uncompensated care.

And your idea is to spend $900,000,000 to create 3,000,000 jobs. Do
the arithmatic, Tom. It makes no sense, no sense at all. Give me a
slice of that pie. Give me $300,000 and I'll creat ten jobs. Give my
daughter and her husband a $30,000 a year break and they will create a
job that pays $30,000 a year. Tax 'em and weap. This is no time to
raise taxes on anyone, least of all the folks that create most of the
jobs.
