I can't help you with the dubbing spinner, but I have adjustable tension
bobbins that are identical to the one shown. I don't know the brand, but I
bought them at my local fly shop, which has a web presence :

Though I don't see those bobbins on the web page, there is an 800 # that is
shown on the web page. If you describe the bobbin, Dave will know what you
are talking about. He might also be familiar with the dubbing spinner. If
you call and order, tell Dave that I referred you. Maybe he'll give me a
discount on my next purchase. 8)

I have one and it is my favorite as the tension can be easily adjusted
and it fits in my hand well.

(The) "le twister" is Devaux and (the) "le bobine" is Merco. I briefly
Googled for US sources and found nothing for the spinner ( I only
glanced at the first coupla-three links - you are looking for a source
of (Mouche) Devaux "outils" - tools), but here is a non-US site:

I asked Al and he said he didn't recognize those tools.
I may have to learn to speak french....better yet find
someone who already does.

All I know is that I would never be able to get that reel back together
without having lots of left over parts!!!!
