Obligatory Birkie Thread
Last week were the races associated with the Anmerican Birkebeiner
cross country ski race. For a change I got to spend the 4 days in Hayward, WI with both my boys. We had more than a little fun, even though my eldest lost his Blackberry (which was found and is in the process of being returned by a Good Samaritan). My favorite picture of the entire week was this one: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v2.../IMG_2852a.jpg Happy kid on skis, what could be better. My eldest (and I) skied the short 12K race on Saturday. He did really well (12th out of 269). I didn't.
