Default Wax the Thread

When tying everything except streamers. Instead of head cement use fly tying
way. This was passed on to me years ago, and I found it does a cleaner job
when finishing the fly.

I like it too. Friction of drawing up the whip finish softens the wax so
it lubricates. Then it sets and holds the knot.
