Would a single action reel be useful at all for bass fishing. I have reel of
vintage origin. I was thinking it may be useful on a modern day glass cane pole. |

What do you mean by "single action"? I've got a couple of single action
Rugers but they don't fit any of my reel seats. "Gone Angling" wrote in message ... Would a single action reel be useful at all for bass fishing. I have reel of vintage origin. I was thinking it may be useful on a modern day glass cane pole. |

Made of glass or graphite according to the article i read. I've seen them at
the fishing show. I would shy away from the bamboo pole. |

Would you just quietly sneak away from the pole in hopes it doesn't see you? Or run away with hands flailing in the air? I couldn't resist. It's much harder to ignore him when the lakes have lids on them. I'm a bad Al-aholic |
