Default Hello again

Hello All,

I have not been here in over a year and that's how long I haven't
fished as well. My wife and I had our first baby, she's 9 months old
now and life is getting back to normal (i.e I'll be fishing again
soon!)

In other news, we have bought a house about 1/2 mile from Lake
Hopatcong, NJ. Sadly, we won't move in until November-December, as it's
not built yet.

So here's a couple of general questions related to these developments:

1.) This lake is huge (according to archives, many of you know it
well). My only water transportation is a 10.9 foot inflatable with a
motormount, but no motor. Even if I bought an electric troller, the
size of this lake makes this "boat" somewhat useless.

What are my options? I'm not looking to get a bass boat and would like
to spend as little as possible. What price range am I looking at for
something that can take a 10hp gas motor and comfortably fit 2-3
people?

2.) Will anyone be willing to give me a fishing tour of the lake? I pay
with food and beer.

Thanks!

Igor.
