Hi all...

Anyone have a suggestion on a dubbing brush creation tool.... saw one on the
net from Czech... anyone make one in the states....

Yes try trimming a baby's tooth bush down it works great for working your
dubbing

Andy,

I use a Nor-vise to make dubbing brushes.
I have used the czech version and find that the basic problem with
most of them is that as you twist the wire, there has to be some give
on the other end. With the norvise I just use my hand to hold the two
ends and let them twist by spinning the vise.

Actually most rotary vises should work for this.

The nor-vise company sells a dubbing brush table which is height
adjustable. lay your wire down, apply the material, bring a wire over
the top, grab the two wire ends, remove the table and spin.

putting some dubbing wax on the wire helps hold everything in place
during the process.

Just some thoughts....

just glue a small piece of Velcrow(sp)(the sticky end ) to the end of a pencil, makes a great brush! also watch for our new Fly Hook Christmas Ornaments (4 inches in size)......jack at
