Default Looking for very specific rod

Apparently this was purchased at WalMart or some store like that. I
can not locate a replacement, though. I knew better than to borrow
this rod. It was my mother in law's favorite rod for some reason. And
her last words to me were "now don't you lose this"...

Anybody have any idea where to find one like that? I'd pay a good
price to get out of hot water.
