Huh?, sez I.

Good God, man, quoth Becky, you don't know about hink pink? Why of all
the lame brained social cripples......you have got to be the only prson
in North America who never played hink pink!

Hm.....

Let's see.

A few easy ones.

1. hinky pinky: musical coho.
2. hinky pinky: comedian's Makairas.
3. hinky pinky: great white aquarium resident.
4. hink pink: smart bottom feeder.
5. hinkety pinkety: Gotham herring.

I'm with you Wolfy. I have no clue as to what the first two "words"
have to do with the descriptions that follow. By the way, we don't
allow any Makairas in Nebraska. We don't know what they are, but we
just don't allow them on general principle.

Correct, as was GM with "jammin' salmon."

Thanks to Frank and Jeff for demonstrating that I am not the only boy
who grew up in America without exposure to this preadolescent backseat
diversion.

The rules are simple:

1. The answer is a rhyming pair of words with the same number of
syllables. The number of sylabbles is dictated by "hink pink" for one,
"hinky pinky" for two and "hinkety pinkety" for three. What about
four, sez I. Don't know.....never came up.

2. The two words in the answer must make some sort of contextual sense
together....note that this does NOT mean they need to make any sense in
the real world.

3. That's all.....I think.

I knew that one wouldn't go by without comment.

who wouldn't hold his breath awaiting a ruling from the international

Neither had I. I suspect it may be something new, after our time, like
computers or something....
