Default One day course for novices in East Anglia, UK?

Please can anyone recommend good one day beginner fly fishing courses
in East Anglia for myself and my 16 year old nephew. Many thanks

Take a look at www.salmon-trout.org (click education then beginners'
courses) there will be a course near by for your nephew (there is one in
Narborough in June) and the person running it will probably be able to
help you too.
