Nice, Willi, nice. I'm looking forward to seeing that water soon. It'll be
easier to take pictures with two of us.

Kinda neat, seeing that same piece of water again, under different
conditions..... almost like I know it.

Pretty fish. That a WF or DT line on your rod there?

Thanks, Willi. I like the fish photos, but the pics of just the water are what I
enjoy most; they make me feel like I'm standing there trying to figure out where
to find fish.

18's and 16's. It's interesting how the fish are more tolerant when a
fly is sunken. The Mayfly hatch was a small 20 and the few fish I took
on top were on 20's and 22's. Started with an 18 but the fish ignored them.

I think the weather on the Colorado plains is great. (But this might be
influenced by the ****ty weather I experienced growing up in the
Midwest) We get four seasons, which I like, but nothing too extreme.
Being at altitude, the sun is much warmer and we get days in the fifties
in December and January. Our dry climate makes for lots of sunny days
and low humidity. The low humidity makes a hot day in the Summer much
more pleasant. We do get dumps of snow, but they're generally melted
after a few days.
