Hey Moe,

If you could schedule Next Year's Classic the week following Easter, I will
definitely be there. Reasoning, the wife and kids are out of school that
week and I promised to take them to Florida for the week. Monday, Tuesday,
Wednesday in Disney World, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and most of Sunday
Palm Beach. That would allow me to shoot over to Okeechobee Friday and
Saturday to fish, while the wife and kids play on the beach. I think
everybody with kids could probably make it that week, because all the
schools close down for Spring Break.

Although I would hate to see the wife on one of those "Girls Gone Wild"
videos because I was fishing, but hey, might be worth it!

Hasn't the Classic always been the last of April? So everyone could schedule
it way in advance?

Ron,

Do you how much easier it would be for people with kids to make it if the
outing was scheduled the week following Easter. Every school is closed.
Most people can only schedule so much time off a year, and the spouse wants
that time spent with them and the kids. This way everything and everyone's
needs can be satisfied. Hey, it is just a suggestion.

Is the whole east coast on the same school schedule? Here in Texas,
every school system sets it's own schedule, you may have 3 or 4
different spring break weeks in the same county. It's a real pain when
you come to a school zone and try to remember which town is off this week.

That way in GA too - most take the week before or the week after Easter, but
not all.

It has always been the week after Easter here in Michigan. Just goes to
show ya my limited scope of the outside world. I have traveled all over the
United States, but I have basically lived in Michigan most of my life. I
just assumed it was the same all over the U.S.
