I bought a Simms insulated nylon jkt last yr
It was not cheap $150 plus 2 holes developed on the roght sleeve for normal usage So I called Simms and their csutomer service At the advice of Tony in Bozeman MT I spent $4.00 or so to mail it back to Simms I received an e-mail stating that it was unreparable - I of course already knew tha So of course I called costomer service Renee and Aaron Ttheabolt atheabolt @simms fishing.com They both called me a liar and said that thuis was not from normal use This jerk Aaron Theabolt even cjhallendged my 35 yrs of exoerience w textiles If it had been burned by a fire ora chemical spill ther e would be seared edge So I reiterated the fact that it was only from noral wear and tear They did not believe me and they would not replace the jkt I even found them to be rude!! I was amazed, dissapointed, disgusted and embarrassed for the Simms company and their total lack of cocern for thier consimer base I for one will NEVER buy a Simms produict as they show little concern for their customer and the products Fred |
