I don't know either.. But I think I have a way for you to keep track
of that from now on.

http://www.fishingaces.com
http://www.huntingaces.com

Google maps interface
Drag&Drop waypoint editing
Multiple occurrences per waypoint for tracking or scouting events over
time
Image linking to waypoints
Member groups
Member and Group level waypoint sharing
Waypoint History
Advanced waypoint search capabilities
Multiple icon types for distinguishing markers on the map
Member icon highlighting
much more.....

Over the years keeping track of all the information related to either
my hunting or fishing spots has started to get a little overwhelming.
I was always second guessing myself when I was out on the lake about
where the fish were this time of year in previous years or if I was
early or the weather wasn't right. I have always had a fairly good,
not the greatest, but a good sense of the bite patterns but weather
always has a way of changing that up for everyone.

A few years ago an idea was bouncing around in my head about creating
an application that I could use to keep track of this information for
myself. This mostly remained an idea until last year when a few
members of my family had mentioned the same thing and asked if I could
put something together for the entire group of us that we could use to
start tracking this information. After a few months I had a test
version up and running and I started to realize that this might be
helpful for more people the just my family. As the hours drove on
through the months and many headaches later a website started to
emerge.

So far I have been able to achieve most of what I set out to do with
the site but I have also begun to realize is that there are so many
aspects that I could go with on the site but I want more people input
and use before I start down that path.

So I am inviting all of you to come take a look, create and account
and tell me what you think. I am open to all comments and suggestions
and each of these can be left on the forum within the site.

Did I mention that all the waypoints can be private. I know the
importance of keeping your favorite fishing spots, honey holes, or
deer stands to yourself. I am having a lot of good responses from
other sportsman groups so I hope you will check it out.

Holy poop! You mean you have married location tech with data base tech
for putting all this great info at my finger tips? And all I have to
do is set up an account with you? And it has all these great pix? Oh
my gosh? How do you do it? Why I could go out and get a ennie beenie
mini puter and carry it around in my vest . . . in my car ... in my
sack lunch step on it and still not be stepping on your head? Totally
amazing. You should sell your house and go all out with this product.
I just want you to think of one word: Ready? RONCO. Or at least get
that guy who does the Shamwow! commercials. As a lifelong fly
fisherman I fully recommend this product for all gear fisherman and
their molls.
Waypoint this.
