Have tried to decode it.

But all I keep seeing is: http://missoulian.com/news/state-and-regional

I confess I am unable to decode this.

fine.

The way it works is that you use your mouse or your trackpad (or your
finger if you have a touch-sensitive screen) over the highlighted text
(called a "link"), click on it (or just touch it if you have a touch-
sensitive screen), and your browser goes to a page specified by a
certain URL (uniform resource locator).

That's the way things have worked for several years.

My incentive is "Then what are you complaining about?"?

That doesn't sound like an incentive to me. Sounds more like a
question. And given that it has nothing to do with MY question, it
sounds very much like a stupid question. Morevoer, history tells us
that this is a given.

Now, would someone who understands English like to tell me what my
incentive for following stevie's excellent instructions is?

g.
the boy just WILL NOT learn.
