Howdy folk! Been a long time since I've been on and now that I have an ISP
with a nntp server, I couldn't resist coming back. Real good to see some
familiar names and nice to see lots of new ones too. I've missed ROFF.
Lord knows there are plenty of web based fly-fishing forums and sites, but
they all pale in comparison. Sort of like comparing a mid 70s Mustang II and
a vintage AC Cobra.

Once again, hello all. I've got a LOT of catching up to do!

the banks of Penn's, waiting for a hatch that didn't wait for him. Dave
didn't make it to Penn's. Dave did.

John lost weight.....a little....the hard way. Ken found Jesus; rumors
about what ensued are just that. Tom gave up the spook business and now
installs septic systems. Wayno gave up liquor and women.......yeah, I know,
like THAT'S a surprise. Cyli has been bouncer for about a year.....and
there's talk of impeachment. Somebody left the back door open and a snake
got in. Um........oh yeah, Willi quit the dog business.....he's a
stockbroker on Wall street......yah, I know, like THAT'S a surprise. Warren
grew up.......mph....mph.....HAHAHAHAHA....God, I crack me up!

Mmmmm......let's see now.....o.k., I remember....Bill got all of what George
was smokin.....John and Dave are STILL ****ed about that, lemme tell ya!
There's been a lot of loose talk about a Nawth Cackalackian invasion of
northern Europe.....or vice versa.....one of those dominance thingies....you
know. East is east and west is west and never the comara.....um.....well

Film sucks. Digital swallows.

Long rods are infinitely superior to short ones which, in turn, outshine
long ones in every way. Maine moved to Wisconsin.....don't ask me.

Bruschetta, in it's original form (according to the latest RNAse tests) is
most emphatically anadromous and NOT potadramous, thus making anything found
in Lake Michigan something else entirely. Canoes are indubitably the best
platform from which to fish.....assuming you live on a planet in which
nothing else exists. Wading has been demonstrated to be the most dangerous
leisure time activity in the world......unless you wear the right kind of
waders with or without the proper U.S. Coast guard approved PFD....and
wading belt.....and a collapsible wading staff (I swearatagod they actually
DO make COLLAPSIBLE WADING STAFFS......or staves, if you will) or not.

Shakespeare wasn't.....or maybe so.
