Default Fishing for sheepshead in tampa bay

I've tried fiddler crabs while fishing for sheepshead, they love them
but you can't catch fish as they seem to suck the fiddler off instead
of biting. Any thoughts on what I should try?

Thanks,

Timothy Macking CCNA
