Jamie my condolences on the sentence to charlotte, but there are plenty of good watersheds with fish not too far from there. where are you coming from and what kind of flyfishing do you prefer? bass lakes abound in the vicinity. you'll be an hour and a half or so from most decent trout streams. look for the route to morganton, find wilson creek outfitters in the old downtown area, and ask for wally. i think there may be a fly shop or two in charlotte yellow pages you can check out as well. jeff |
