Which lisence ?

My local rivers the Mersey, Goyt, Dane and others are rammed with
brown and the occasional rainbow trout that i'm looking forward to
tempting with fly over the next few weeks....however....I have an E.A
license that allows me to fish for non migratory trout and course fish
yet my rivers also contain a small number of Sea Trout and has even
been known to give up the occasional Salmon. Which license do i need
and if i stick with my current lisence can a pedantic E.A Bailiff in
full jobsworth mode take any legal action arguing that i'm fishing for
Sea Trout, Salmon or course fish?
