My eight year old son and I went to the UNC-NSCU game (NCSU is his

That's funny. I've never see a clock move slower than that
game clock in the Horseshoe during the last 6 minutes of
that game. It was gut wrenching and I didn't go nuts as
much as heave a huge sigh of relief.

That was the first time we've ever beaten an AP #1 team on
the road. We beat Ohio State in 1950, Michigan in '55 and
Michigan State in '56 but those were all right down the
street here at Memorial Stadium.

It was a good day to be an Illini fan ! Oskee Wow Wow !!
