Default A tip of the hat to a good company - Lyman Products...

Fred's post about poor treatment from Simms made me think that folks often tell
others about poor treatment, but don't often tell others about (relatively
minor) good treatment. I guess it goes to illustrate the old saying, "If you do
something _for_ someone, they tell 5 people, but if you do something _to_
someone, they tell 50..."

IAC, Lyman Products (http://www.lymanproducts.com/lyman/home/) took care of a
product with a problem and did so by going, unasked, well above and beyond what
even generous customer service would dictate. While they mainly deal with
reloading and shooting sports rather than fishing and related, I'd recommend
them as company to others - hence, this post.

And for the record, I have no financial interest whatsoever in Lyman or AFAIK,
any related company.

TC,
R
