BPs oil spill response plan was very thoughfull and complete.
http://www.csmonitor.com/From-the-ne...ms_ss=facebook In case the link doesn't work this is from the Christian Science Monitor of June 9 th. The plan covers walruses, sea otters, seals and other creatures that I never suspected lived around that part of the world. What really ticks me off is how the locals hid them from the rest of us. Why do the rest of us have to go to Alaska or the Northwest Territory to fish for Char when there is probalbe a run up the Sabine river? And Food! I like seafood gumbo. It's one of the highpoints of a trip to the Big Easy. I'll probably never get to a Cajun walrus bar-b-que now. For years them coonasses have been keeping them secret from the rest of us. It's probably to late now, BPs killed all the walruses. |
