Licence, All Year, Your Thoughts!
Do you think that when you buy a rod licence it should be for a year FROM
the date you bought it instead of having to buy 1 every april, think of those who buy 1 in december and then have to pay again only 4 months later, why not have it run out next december? What do you think?
