Default new rod licence starts today

Order online (the site is down for maintenance tomorrow Sat 2nd between
8AM - 6PM)

£23.75p for full adult licence, coarse fish and non-migratory trout.

Junior £5.25p (over 12 yrs but under 16 yrs - under 12's fish for free)

All concesions - OAP, disabled etc cannot buy online, it's Post Office only

Anybody noticed the start date for the new rod licence.

Mine is wrong says 1st/4/04 (should be 05) but expiry is correct .... end
March '06.

Is mine a one off or have they (EA) 'cocked up'

Plan to call them next week ...... Richard

That's happened to all of them, it appears. Quite a few people have
mentioned it.

Strange time for them to shut the site down, though - first weekend that
the new licence is needed!

Ok ..... do you know if the plan is to leave them as they are ? ...... seems
(around my area) to be just those issued by the EA via the DD sheme.

Ok if anyone is interested, and to answer my own question, they will be left
as they are and checked by the end date ...... Richard
