I have a couple pairs of socks made from this
stuff, and I'm on the verge of retiring them to the fly tying table.
They're
overly fuzzy with some stiff hails, perfect for stonefly nymphs.

Its good dubbing, though it lacks a certain lustre. I like it for
fuzzy bodies on some bugs
- emergers where the body is meant to be submerged.
Frank's idea of introducing Angelina fibre might be worth a try.

Next weekend, the 7th and 8th of May, is the big wool and sheep festival
here is Maryland. I'm gonna stock up on the newest Angelina fibre colors
and then alpaca lunch, buy some great llamanade and just wool away the hours
hoofing it around the place.

Do you put the llama in the coconut and drink them both up?
