Ronnie,
I've not used double flukes but for a year or two now I've rigged tube
baits like that. Almost like a drop shot with the bottom weight being the
second tube. I often use a heavier jig head on the bottom tube. Seems to
work pretty well. Give it a go sometime and let me know what you think.
