We were there when the river was open and the whole area was fenced off
with big "No Trespassing" signs. bh

The way you used to launch, ( coming from Ashton ) by crossing the bridge and going down on that flat to the right IS closed ( I was told fishermen used the farmers pump house as an outhouse ... so much for fly fishers being 'better' ). NOW you launch on the left before the bridge ... there is a parking area you enter and then a road down to the water and launch ramp. I ain't checked it out in person, but the guy I called should know. I'll be there in a week and take a look, I want to wade fish above the Ora bridge anyway.
