I like the photo's, but the water seems abit coloured; brownish.
Is it more clear at different times ?

i agree with hans; we would consider water of that color and relative
depth unfishable.

i suppose the photos were taken in the early spring, or after some
serious runoff...

This was last week, after some fairly heavy rains. It seems to me that
this river is often a bit coloured, or then it's threatened by low
water levels. Muddy soil, agriculture, no large lakes upstream to
counterbalance rains.
