I think we'll be dealing with more water than I've seen on the Madison.
Levels are starting to drop and we've got a couple weeks before the
Clave. Here in CO, most of our river have peaked and are starting to
drop. There's LOTS of water in the area. We'll find some that is fishing
well. If Montana gets heavy rains over the next couple weeks (unlikely)
lakes and ponds are always an option. Hebgen and Quake are VERY close
and hold some big fish and there are lots of small ponds around.
