In my case, three rounds of epidural injections are to be scheduled, and if that doesn't work, surgery :~^( They did give me this nifty home hanging kit. I attach a rack and pulley system to a door, place my head in a sling that is attached to a large bag of water, on the other end. They said that it was supposed to relieve the pressure on my neck, but best I can figure, it's going to strangle me to death, eventually. Mark --just hangin' around lately--
