As much fun and as many featres as forums have they still don't overcome the
redundancy of usenet. Your news server crashes and you can't get your fix of rec.outdoors.fishing, and you can go over to google or use a different server. If the hosting company for a forum has a server crash then everything since your last back up is gone. Bah humbug. Anyway, my fishing forums crashed a couple weeks ago. All the user files were lost. On the flip side I did upgrade to a new forum script for the site. About 30 of my 200 members have signed back on. Anyway, if you are going to be in the Southwest Arizona area and want to do some fishing the script is back up and running and it seems to be stable. Stop in and ask the locals what is happening. -- Bob La Londe Win a Tackle Pack Jig Fishing - Tips and Techniques Contest Courtesy of Siebler Custom Baits http://www.YumaBassMan.com |
