Pete,
What will you know after you survey all of ROFF? It's most likely that, as a group, we probebly have fished almost every fishable place on earth. Compile your results and let us know. Here's mine.... Hawaii, Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Maine, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Montana, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Wisconsin, Wyoming, Canada: Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Ontario, New Brunswick. I wonder if folks who live in real shangri-la areas bother travelling from home at all. I wonder what the average number of states a guy will visit to fish. Curious stuff, you know. Pete |

Pete Thus far, counting only states, provinces and territories of the U.S. and Canada (I'm content to leave the rest of the world to someone more ambitious), it looks like Wayne Knight is in the lead with thirty......even after the second Virginia and the second Kansas were discounted. Joel and Myron are tied for second at 26. Pennsylvania and Michigan are tied for most fished with 11 hits apiece. North Carolina rounds out the top 3 with 9 hits. No one has yet confessed to fishing in Kentucky, Nevada, Nunavut, Oklahoma, or PEI. ![]() Wolfgang |
