Default Fishfinder coverage question

Hello
I have some questions on the fishfinder coverage.
The left edge of fishfinder screen shows the current state of the
bottom.

Does the depth reading shows the depth just below the transducer
regardless of the transducer coverage angle?

For the fish, does the fish arch (or fish id) shows not only the fish
just below the transducer but also any fishes which are in the coverage
angle of the transducer?

For the size of the fish, does the fish of the same size show larger
when found on shallow water than deep water? Or the size is compensated
by the depth? Or depends on the fishfinder models?
---
QH Hong.
