I just did a Google search on "jimmy carter dubai port". I came up with
nothing saying he is for this contract. Could you please point to an
authoritative reference?

no joke... just an observation. DP is world wide and operates many
ports in many countries, China, Hong Kong, Romania, India, Australia,
Germany, Dominican Republic and Venezuela. Are you against the
contract because DP is incompetent?
