should be winging its way to Cleveland as we speak. They also issued a
poster sized print of the "Have YOU returned your...?" graphic from the back
cover of number 1, which I also ordered and will hang on my office wall when

The actual port is run by normally a government operation. Port Authority
of New York, Port of Oakland, etc. The Port that P&O ran is a pier complex.
Just one of the pier complexes in the total port. Maresk, etc also run
"Ports" in the total port complex. They do not get the total "PORT", just a
pier or set of piers. Except for the Chinese Army and the Naval Port of
Long Beach.

The REAL problem for the GOP is that Cheney is no longer
able to perform the modern veeps main function, that being
administration and party attack machine. They can't really
send Cheney into rural Ohio ahead of the 2006 midterms to
rally the faithful, the faithful would laugh him off the
stump. That's rw's point and he's right as rain. As GOP
attack dog and administration cheerleader Cheney is toast.

I don't think Cheney gives two ****s about who runs the next
administration. He cares much more about lining his pockets, and his
buddies pockets. He could have taken the "let's be subtle and steal for a
long time" approach, but instead he opted for "let's steal as much as we
can before anybody notices" approach.

As to the laughingstock thing, a wounded animal is a dangerous animal.
